Silver, china, and glass items may require extra shipping charges due to weight and extra packing materials to ensure the safe delivery of your purchase. Such charges will appear when you view your Shopping Bag. These items will be shipped by Parcel Post or UPS Ground (our choice) unless Priority is selected as your delivery option.

DELIVERIES TO APARTMENTS AND BUSINESSES:
Shipments to apartments and businesses usually require a signature upon delivery.

Outside the US:
USPS First Class International for jewelry items:
$10 to Canada (up to $100); all other countries $14.99 on orders under $150, which covers the costs of shipping, handling, paperwork, and insurance (it does not cover any customs fees or charges your own country may charge you).
Delivery is free on jewelry orders totaling $150 or more. No tracking is available with USPS First Class International, but the packages are insured.
We reserve the right to ship by another carrier if the situation warrants it; your delivery charge will not change.

REPAIRS:
For up to one year after purchase, we will gladly restring beaded jewelry in case of damage to the strand at no charge to you; or we will replace the clasp if damaged or defective (or earwires in the case of earrings). If the strand is broken, please include all beads that you are able to find and include them for us to make the repair. This guarantee does not include strings of beads or pearls that were hand-knotted between each bead: if we restring these items for you for free, the beads will not be knotted.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including insurance and Delivery Confirmation, when returning items for repair. We will take care of the shipping costs for sending the item back to you after the repair.

RETURNS:
*The buyer has a 10-day inspection period after the arrival of the merchandise.

*Only unworn, undamaged, and unaltered merchandise may be returned. We accept returns on merchandise that is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

*Return Authorization via email is required. We do not handle returns on the telephone. Returns must be postmarked with the 10 day inspection period.

*We will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING our original shipping, handling, and insurance expenses ($10 minimum) and an additional 10% restocking/processing fee (merchandise priced less than $34.00 is subject to a flat restocking fee of $5.00 per item). Insurance and handling costs are usually not included in shipping fees paid by the customer and will be assessed on returned items, even when originally shipped for free.

*When only part of a multiple-item order is returned and a coupon was applied, the amount of the refund will be prorated.

CANCELLATIONS:
Since we do our best to process orders quickly, cancellations are not possible after payment has been made. You can still return any item for a refund following our return instructions.

By purchasing from this site, the Purchaser agrees that our maximum liability is limited to a refund only.
